Software for your cloud? Get the PP machine image!
The PredictProtein Machine Image (PPMI) is a self-contained solution for protein feature prediction. The image contains everything you need to get started: a fully functional Debian system, prediction methods and supporting databases. The image may be used in small scale analysis on a single machine (real or virtual) or in large scale high-throughput analysis on an arbitrary number of server instances in the cloud. You may also extend the image with packages (such as gridengine-client) and tools according to the needs of your computation environment. Prediction methods from our group will contine to receive updates automatically.

Software Downloads
The most effective use of PredictProtein is to acquire the package that is most suitable for your needs. We provide an extensive, open-source repository of software packages specifically designed for the needs of the researcher working as an employee of a pharmaceutical or biomedical company. Currently most of the software is available as Debian packages for academic use and in an RPM repository for commercial licensees.
